A beautiful piece of silverware specifically made for Adolf Hitler residences. This silverware was made by P. Bruckmann & Söhne, Heilbronn and designed by Prof. Gerdy Troost. It is constructed out of a 800 silver content. The obverse handle is bordered in a "Greek Key" pattern featuring an embossed NSDAP eagle with closed wings clutching a wreathed swastika flanked by the Führer's monogram: "A" (left) and "H" (right), to the largest portion. The reverse is completely smooth and is marked, to the center, with: a crescent, a crown, "800" and a Prussian eagle. It exbits common surface scratches and minor spotting throughout. There is beautiful crisp detail to the eagle, maker mark and border! It measures approximately 7 ¾ inches long. A very fine piece! Out of all of the different pieces of Hitler’s formal flatware, the lobster pick is one of the rarest and seldom encountered.
