A good piece. The blade on this one looks fine. The acid etched "Alles für Deutschland" motto and "Wagner & Lange Solingen" maker mark are both look great. The fit remains nice and tight and the tip comes to a nice point! This blade rates a solid Exc++. It has been cleaned and still retains good crossgrain. The steel based, brown anodized scabbard looks great! It continues to hold 90% of its original factory lacquer and remains completely dent free. The solid nickel scabbard fittings look great. The ball has been dropped and pushed in. All four screws remain tightly intact. The scabbard / crossguard fit is perfect and closes with a snap! The solid nickel crossguards look great! There is a NS group stamp. The brown hardwood grip looks fine. There is some flakes most notably to the lower right corner front and back as well as normal pressure marks throughout. The solid nickel eagle retains beautiful details and has a perfect fit. The SA roundel has a perfect fit and retains 97%+ of its enamel. A good one.
