A Gorget Model 1938 for Honor Guards of the NSKK

Half moon-shaped, aluminum shield, pin-affixed appliqués: NSKK eagle and corner rosettes. Reverse covered with light brown wool, the arresting clasp punched M1/52 (Zimmermann) in a circle and RZM in double circles. Aluminum finsihed chain. Unissued with minor storage age. Extremely Rare! One of only a few known in collections. Saris & Mollow “Ringkragen und Brustchilder im Dritten Reich” pg 260.
