Issue Case for a Luftwaffe Paratrooper Case. This could work for any Paratrooper Badge and it is most appropriate for one by Juncker, IMME, Assmann or B&NL. The case is constructed out of a wood and pressed cardboard base that is covered in a simulated grained blue leather. To the front is a gilded steel push button. To the back is a gilded steel, staggered, piano hinge. To the very top in the gilded Gothic style script it reads: “Fallschirmschützen – Abzeichen”. The interior-bottom of the case is constructed out of a pressed cardboard base that is covered in a blue fibrous felt material and outlines the pin, hinge and catch assembly. The interior top features a purple satin above an underlying pad. The exterior shows minor leather loss around the hinge and there are minor scuffs throughout. The case measures 2 7/8 inches wide and 3 3/16 inches deep and 15/16 of an inch thick. Perfect for the guy who needs one!
