Wehrmachtsbeamte der Luftwaffe Kriegsververwaltungschef Dienstbluse. It is constructed from a fine quality blue-gray gabardine exterior, with a bark grey silk-rayon blend interior lining. The front of the tunic bears four pleated pockets, each closed by a pebbled gold gilt multi piece aluminum/steel button. The placket is closed with four of the same buttons and features a stitched on Eastern Front ribbon and a 2nd Class Iron Cross ribbon to the top button hole. The arms feature French style cuffs. To the right breast is a fine quality generals eagle, constructed out of rolled, twisted, and flat hand embroidered bullion stitching, stitched onto a blue-gray wool backing that has been stitched to the tunic. The exterior collar has a stitched on twisted gold rayon piped edge. The collar features two machine stitched on Luftwaffebeamte Kriegsviceverwaltungschef General rank collar tabs that are constructed of buckram base, covered in a dark green wool with hand embroidered gold rayon piping that features a triangular pip surrounded by an oak leaf and acorn wreath that is tied together at the bottom. The “sew on” type Generalmajor rank shoulder boards feature a dark green and red wool base with an interwoven silver flatwire and gold rayon Russian Braid thread underneath a gilded pebbled button. Above the top left pocket are five stitched loops with four more on/beneath the left pocket. The right breast pocket features two loops which would be appropriate for a German Cross or Spanish Cross. The interior features a silky smooth rayon blend material, that is met at the arms by a white and grey pinstripe liner. There is one interior one pocket, it is not named. The tunic measures approximately 44 cm across the shoulders, a 61 cm sleeve length and 69 cm to the spine. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Regimentals who sold it in 1997. It is a wonderfully preserved tunic that is in beautiful condition.
