Prussian Garde Oberjäger Hirschfanger [SUUM CUIQUE] by WKC Solingen. This Prussian Garde Oberjäger Hirschfanger is in NM condition. The total length is 23" with the imperial maker mark on the blade: W.K & C. It is a long and heavy version. The brass grip is all hand enhanced. On the grip itself is the emblem with the inscription: SUUM CUIQUE (each his own). The blade is 17" long and is single-edged. On the reverse toy wikll find the Imperial era makers mark and to the reverse an inscription: Vive Le Roi et ses Chasseurs (Long live the King and his hunters). The leather scabbard is very clean with undented brass fittings correctly stapled into place.
