A personalized, slant grip Model 1935 - Wehrmacht Heer Dolch by Tiger of Solingen. The blade on this one is fine. The stamped “Tiger Solingen” maker mark is crisp and nicely executed. The fit is nice and tight and the tip comes to a sharp point. The blade rates Exc+. It shows heavy age grey, spotting and surface scratches throughout. The large leather buffer pad continues to remain intact. The generic steel based, nickel silver plated scabbard provides wonderful detail with the random pebbling and oak leaf and acorn bands. It remains completely dent free. The original throat retaining screw remains intact. The nickel-silver eagle crossguard provides beautiful hand enhanced details throughout the eagle’s head, wings, wreath, beak and chest. The reverse nicely displays a personalization “Schuchardt”. The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns throughout. The orange trylon slant grip is in excellent condition. No cracks or chips. Nice features to this one.
