HJ Buckle by Dicke

The buckle is constructed out of single piece of die stamped steel that has been silver washed. The front depicts a closed winged eagle holding the HJ diamond within its talons on a pebbled background. Above the eagle is the Hitler Youth motto reading: "Blut und Ehre" (Blood and Honor). This is then encircled by detailed lines which are enclosed by two twisted ropes. The detail to the emblem is superb! The reverse is clearly maker marked "RZM M4/22" (Dicke). The prongs and catch remain in excellent condition.
