Short Fireman's Dress Bayonet by Pack

Here's another fireman's piece out of a large collection! The blade on this one is in nice shape. The bright plated finish is nicely executed and includes a solid fit! The Pack & Sohne and Solingen marker mark is nicely executed. The blade rates an Exc+/Exc++. It has a scuffs but that's it. The original leather buffer pad remains intact. The dent-free scabbard is in excellent condition, with wear but pretty good original paint. The alloy nickel plated hilt is also in excellent condition with 99% of its plating still intact. It has perfect diamond grip plates that are nicely fit without any damage and are tightly secured by 2 solid rivets. To top this one off it comes with a nice brown frog dated 1940 that retains all of its stitching! A nice piece with a great price!
