USN Officer Dress Sword Model 1852
Contemporary production Model 1852 US Navy Officer sword by Hilborn Hamburger NY. Beauty etched SS blade is triple etched. The 28" blade indicated he was 5'6"-5'7" tall. The gilt hilt has USN in the basket. Composition faux ray-skin grip with triple brass wire wrap. The scabbard is black leather with gilt brass fittings. The upper scabbard ring is missing.
