Rare sword features a brass hilt with polished black wooden gilt wire bound grip with a crowned eagles head pommel. The guard is in the form of a deeply feathered wing. The spring loaded scabbard release button is a propeller. The scabbard is lots to time. Etched and blued blade is marked, "3". It has age wear and pitting. The blade has been retipped, when, who, where, I do not know.
