A 2. Modell Luftwaffe Mützenadler. It is constructed out of a die stamped zinc base that has been silver washed. The obverse depicts the 2nd Pattern Luftwaffe eagle with outstretched wings clutching a mobile swastika in one of its talons. The hollow back reverse retains one of its soldered on tombak prongs, the other is missing. It measures 2 5/8 inches long by 1 1/2 inches tall.
