Please note this item is no longer available and you were redirected to our Archives.

An early model 1933 SA Dagger (Sturmabteilung Dienstdolch) by Paul Seilheimer of Solingen. The blade on this has age, stains and pitting. The acid etched “Alles für Deutschland” motto and “PS Paul Seilheimer Solingen” maker mark. The blade has been retipped and shortened by 2mm. The fit remains nice and tight! This blade rates VG/Exc. The scabbard is steel based and brown anodized. It has a dent 2" north of the obverse lower fitting. The solid nickel-silver scabbard fittings are matching the crossguards in color and patina. The ball has split. All four scabbard screws remain tightly intact. The scabbard / crossguard fit is near perfect and closes with a snap! The reverse of the lower crossguard is marked “Ns” (Niedersachsen). The brown hardwood grip looks good. It several pressure marks throughout and some hairlines to the top crossguard fits. The solid nickel eagle is beautifully detailed and has a perfect fit. The SA roundel has a perfect fit and retains 70%+ of its enamel.
