Early NSKK Dagger by REMEVE

An untouched example, never been cleaned never been taken down. An early model 1933 NSKK Dagger (Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps Dienstdolch) by Remeve of Solingen-Aufderhohe. The bright blade on this has lots of age spots, it's not been cleaned. The acid etched "Alles für Deutschland" motto and maker mark are both nice and dark. The fit remains nice and tight and the tip comes to a perfect point! This blade rates a Exc. The steel based, black period repainted scabbard looks wonderful. It remains completely dent free and retains 98%+ of its' paint! There is minor oxidization spotting to the reverse/edge. The solid nickel scabbard fittings look excellent. The ball remains perfectly round and all four screws remain tightly intact. The scabbard / crossguard fit is near perfect and closes with a snap! The reverse of the lower crossguard is marked "Nrh" (Niederrhein). The light brown hardwood grip is chip and crack-free. The solid nickel eagle has a perfect fit and shows beautiful detail. The SA roundel has a perfect fit and retains 99%+ of its enamel. comes with an original well work hanger with early nickel hardware.
