Here's a nice buckle and tab! This buckle is made of a single piece of aluminum that has been die struck. The obverse depicts a centrally placed RAD logo, which consists of: a mobile swastika above an upright spade shovel head. This then lies on a pebbled background which is encircled by a pebbled ring and five wheat leaves on a line type pattern encircled by a smooth border and all lies on a rectangular pebbled background. This buckle is in good condition with wear to the high areas. The prongs and integral catch remain in great condition. It is maker marked to the reverse of the spade, "PC" Paulmann Crone Ludenschieid. The tab consists of a brown portion of leather that has been folded over and stitched together over the catch. It is stamped with the leather maker to the obverse, which reads: "Paulmann & Crone Ludenscheid 1937". The leather is in good condition! A great piece to add to your collection!
