A Schutzpolizei des Reichs Truppenfarbe Ärmelhoheitsabzeichen. It is constructed out of machine embroidered green and black rayon thread stitched to a blue/grey wool. The obverse features a green (signifying the Truppenfarbe branch of service) 2nd pattern police eagle that is clutching a wreathed black mobile swastika in its talons and is encircled by an oak leaf and acorn wreath that is tied together at the bottom. It measures 3 3/8 inches wide by 3 1/8 inches tall. Nice used condition. A great piece!
