RLB Aviation is necessary Donation pin. It is constructed out of a die stamped steel base that has been black painted. The oval shaped obverse features a plane flying above an outline of a house that has the 1st pattern RLB logo on it and is also below a bannered “Luftschutz Tut Not” (Aviation is Necessary). The hollow back reverse features a horizontally soldered well working steel pin appembly. It measures 1 inch wide by 1 3/8 inches tall. A great little piece.
