The Kanji is 1. 祝 Shuku / Congratulations 2. 入営 Nyūei / Entering Camp [i.e., enlisting] 3 & 4. 小野寺昇三郎君 Onodera Shōzaburō-kun Mr. Onodera Shōzaburō [Onodera is the surname] 5. 魂 Tamashii Soul/Spirit 鳶 Tobi; Tonbi [literally: a black hawk; used by construction workers; scaffold erectors; firefighters -- those who "jump/fly" around]; also a contraction for a fireman's hook [tobi-guchi because it looks like a hawk-bill] 6a. 藤三郎 Fujisaburō 6b. 松三郎 Matsusaburō
