Light brown wool construction collar tabs with three, hand embroidered, rank "gulls" positioned above an oak-leaf, half-wreath in bright, silver/aluminum wire threads to each. The collar tabs are piped in fine, twisted, bright, silver/aluminum, cord and are mounted on tan buckram backings.
