Dark-green wool construction, rhomboid collar tab with three, hand embroidered, triangular, rank/position pips positioned above an opened top, oak-leaf half-wreath all in bright ,silver/aluminum wire threads. The collar tab is piped in twisted, bright, silver/aluminum cord and is mounted on a light, tan, buckram backing. The collar tab signifies an Administrative Official with an elevated career in the position of a Oberregierungsinspektor, (Senior Government Inspector), which would roughly be comparable to the rank of Hauptmann.
