Cased Imperial Japanese Veteran/Reservist Association Badge
An approximately 28mm x 44mm, silver washed alloy badge which features, to its obverse, a fouled anchor and crossed swords on a pebbled background, over which is affixed a brass five-pointed star. To the inscribed reverse is a vertical pin and catch assembly. These were given, in many minor variations, to veterans of the wars in China, Korea, and Manchuria, as well as those against the allied nations. This comes cased in it's original issue box with printed instructions.
