Army EM/NCO Visor Cap Wreath and Cockade
A Wehmacht Heer Eichenlaubkranz mit kokarde für die Schirmmütze. It is constructed out of a multi piece injection molded aluminum alloy base that has been silver washed along with being black painted and contains a red felt plug. The obverse features a cockade surrounded by an oak leaf and acorn wreath that is open to the top and tied together at the bottom. The hollow back reverse features two aluminum prongs that hold the cockade in place, it is marked “9” and “Ges. Gesch.” and retains all four tombak prongs. It is measured 2 7/16 inches wide by 1 5/8 inches tall.
