Early E. P. & S. (Pack) SA Dagger

An Early Model 1933 Sturmabteilung Dienstdolch by E Pack. The bright blade on this one looks good. The fit is nice and tight and the tip comes to a perfectly sharp point. The acid etched "Alles fur Deutschland" motto and "E.P. & S. Solingen" maker mark are nicely executed! The blade rates a solid Exc+. It has a few fingerprint stains and age spotting. The scabbard has some thinning of the anodized finish, and it remains completely dent free! The solid nickel scabbard fittings are in good condition, with only a few bruises to the bottom fitting. The ball still retains its original round shape! All four screws remain intact. The scabbard / crossguard fit is near perfect and closes with a snap! The solid nickel crossguards are in excellent condition. The reverse of the lower crossguard is Gruppe stamped "Nrh" (Niederrhein). The grip / crossguard fits are excellent! The brown hardwood grip is chip and crack-free There are a few bruisesfrom normal period wear. The solid nickel eagle is beautifully detailed with a perfect fit. The SA roundel also has a perfect fit and retains 100% of its enamel. Overall it's a great example by a common maker and one you can't go wrong on!
