This is the second time we've owned this beauty! Here is our previous description:
Here's another example that is fresh from the Veteran's son. Blade is a beauty example with traces of crossgrain. This are some marks where the runners have rested, just the lightest age and a wee chip right neat the tip. there is no pitting, sharpening and the original needle-like tip is perfect. The RZM mark and logo is etched in place. An easy Exc++ blade with a nice motto! The black painted scabbard is in good shape! The leather is fresh and in good shape with no cracking, it's all there and supple. The nickel plated steel based hilt and pommel are in real nice shape with 99% of plating remaining. The black checkered celluloid grip plates are perfect, being crack and chip free. The grip plates are secured by two nickel rivets. The HJ diamond is flawless. A very decent piece!!
