Short Fireman's Bayonet by Eickhorn
Feuerschutzpolizei EM/NCO bayonet with frog. The 18cm plated blade on this one is mint. The stamped "C.E." (Eickhorn) single oval maker mark is beautifully executed. The original leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based, black enamel painted scabbard is in good condition! It remains completely dent free and retains 98%+ of its original paint! The nickel plated hilt is in excellent condition, with 99% plating still intact! This piece also has two perfect diamond grip plates that are nicely fit without any damage and are secured by 2 untouched nickel rivets. No cracks or chips anywhere. Included is a nice frog and portepee.
