Long Fireman's Bayonet by Eickhorn
Feuerschutzpolizei EM/NCO bayonet with frog. The 25cm plated blade on this one has been sharpened. The stamped "Eickhorn Solingen" 1942 mark is beautifully executed. The original leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based, black enamel painted scabbard is in good condition! It remains completely dent free and retains 95%+ of its original paint! The nickel plated hilt is in excellent condition, with 99% plating still intact! This piece also has two perfect diamond grip plates that are nicely fit without any damage and are secured by 2 untouched steel rivets. No cracks or chips anywhere. Included is a well worn frog.
