SS Officer’s Summer Tunic for SS1 Deutschland

Here is a piece that seldom, if ever, comes to the open market—an untouched SS officer’s tunic. This comes out of an advanced SS collection and displays everything you want to see on an SS officer’s summer tunic. It simply does not get any better. This is a full, ready-made display for the advanced SS collector and includes:

1. The officer’s tunic
2. period black pants with proper white strip down the side
3. an RZM brown shirt
4. Party pin
5. an SS rzm tagged tie (an extreme rarity as most of these we see are fake).

This tunic is for an SS Sturmhauptführer with SS1 “Deutschland” and is exactly what you want in a summer white tunic. The white material is very lightweight and shows slight browning throughout (as you want to see on white material over 80 years old). The silver buttons are all removeable and are stamped to the reverse with the maker’s info. The beautiful bullion collar tabs are in perfect condition with no damage whatsoever. The reverse of both tabs is covered in fabric to which 4 snaps are connected. The mint armband and custom white, old fighter’s chevron on the sleeve are also attached by snaps. The shoulder board is also removable. This insignia was all removable such that the tunic could be more easily cleaned (even during the period, these white summer tunics must have been difficult to keep clean). This tunic is a relatively large size. The pants that come with this set up are period black wool pants with the matching white strip down the outside of each leg.
