2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger

A M1937 Fliegerdolch. The unmarked blade on this one is really pretty nice. Just a bit of age toward the tip and lots of crossgrain. Certainly Exc++. As with many Generic daggers this employs WKC fittings. The dent-free scabbard is an airplane grey example with excellent detail and nice finish. There is a bit of wear between the bands exactly where it would have rubbed in period wear. The throat is secured by an unturned screw. The crossguard and pommel are have nice burnish. This really sets off the celluloid grip. The grip is near perfect with a normal wear.
