A full length, 1936 to 1945 pattern, woven, black rayon construction cap talley features machine woven, Gothic script, "Kriegsmarine", in bright golden yellow celleon threads. The ends of the talley are cut at a diagonal angle which would create the "swallow-tail", affect when applied to the cap. minor frays and what looks like the glue from an old price sticker.
