Model 1933 - NSKK Dagger (Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps Dienstdolch) by RZM M7/19 (Edward Wüsthof Dreizackwerk, Solingen) maker mark are both beautifully executed! It's fresh from the Vet's family and has never been cleaned or disassembled. I only wiped off the old cosmoline. Most of the crossgrain remains. The steel based black enamel painted scabbard has 99%+ of its original paint still intact! There is a wee dent to the reverse that I deliberately highlighted in the 2nd shot. you can hardly feel it and have to turn the scabbard just so to find it. The nickel-silver plated scabbard fittings show minor spotting/ bubbling and retain 98%+ of their plating. The ball remains perfectly round and all 4 screws remain intact. The scabbard/crossguard fit is good and closes with a snap! The nickel-silver plated crossguards are in wonderful shape, retaining 98%+ of their plating! The light brown hardwood grip is in excellent condition! Minor surface scratches/pressure marks but that's it! No cracks, chips or splits. The solid nickle eagle is wonderfully detailed and sits perfectly in the grip. The SA roundel retains 98%+ of its enamel and also has a perfect fit! Included is the original short hanger it arrived with. A good example.
