DDR, Nationale Volksarmee - Medaille Für Treue Dienste in den Kampfgruppen. Instituted October 6, 1965, for faithful and conscientious performance of duty in the ranks of combat groups. Bronze (10 Years), Silver (15 Years), Gold (20 Years) and Gold with Clasp (25 Years). They all come with their appropriate ribbon bar and issue case.
