A Model 1935 - Wehrmacht Heer Dolch by Alcoso of Solingen. The blade on this one has age and stain The "AWS Alcoso Solingen" maker mark is beautifully executed! The tip comes to a perfect point. The blade rates an exc. The brown leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based generic, nickel-silver plated scabbard is in excellent condition! It provides wonderful detail with the random pebbling and oak leaves and acorn bands. It has black patina and remains completely dent free! The throat retaining screw remains intact. The third variation Alcoso specific eagle crossguard shows wear and matching patina The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns! The trylon based grip is in excellent condition with a couple tiny hairline near the ferule. The whole piece has patinaed with age.
