2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger by Horster

Here we have a M1937 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger (Fliegerdolch) by E&F Horster of Solingen. The polished blade on this example has finger print stains and age. The blade rates Exc. The scabbard has some dents to the lower end and shows some plating loss. The throat retaining screws remain intact. The aluminum crossguard and pommel are nicely detailed and remain in good condition, nicely matching the aluminum scabbard bands. The trylon based grip suffers some hairlines and a chip toward the pommel. The double twist wire wrap remains intact.
