An unmarked M1937 Fliegerdolch by Paul Weyersberg of Solingen. The unmarked more polished blade on this one has some spotting yet still retains good crossgrain. It has a perfect tip and perfect fit. The blade on this one rates a Exc+. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The airplane grey plated scabbard looks great! It depicts awesome details throughout, with the random pebbling, oak leaves and acorns. It remains completely dent free and the two headless throat retaining screws remain intact! The burnished aluminum eagle crossguard, steel ferrule and aluminum pommel all look awesome! The eagle has amazing detail to its head, feathers, wings and top side oak leaves and acorns. The pommel is beautifully hand enhanced! Just beautiful and just look at those gilt swas's! The early trylon grip has aged to a deep yellow over time. The grip has wear and use but no chips or cracks. The wire wrap remains tightly intact. This is an excellent example that would be a prized piece among your collection!
