Knight's Cross by K&Q
A textbook 1944/45 era produced Klein & Quenzer, example. The upper reverse frame is unmarked. The jump ring is stamped "800" along with the manufacturer designation "65". Accompanying the cross is a wearing ribbon. It was reported to have been taken from a general officer in the surrendering party of Heinz Guardian but the veteran documentation has been lost by previous collector.. It is offered complete with a Dietrich Maerz COA.
