Type 2, silver, hallmarked "900" on the reverse along with “21” (Gebrüder Godet & Co.); measuring approximately H 19.2mm x W 20.7mm weighing 7.9g; exhibiting even patina. Issue case constructed of thick cardstock covered with a black leatherette paper; interior of the lid with off-white and padded silk fabric; intact fabric hinge cover; base of case lined with black velvet with separate compartment for length of ribbon; push button fully functional; external metal hinge fully functional; measuring approximately 77.3mm x 101.4mm x 21.9mm.
