Water-Police Cartouche by A. Fischer
3rd Reich Water-Police parade cartouche with eagle. Leather cartridge pouch with gilt aluminum eagle on it. The brown leather is very nice but the bend is cracked to the inside. The leather is good. Nicely maker marked "A. Fischer Berlin c.2. 1938".
