Two Veteran purchased golden yellow,(flight) wool collar tabs with one and two hand embroidered rank "gulls" encompassed by a closed top oak-leaf wreath in bright silver/aluminum threads. The collar tabs are piped in loose twisted silver/aluminum cord and are mounted on tan buckram backings. Uniform removed.
