Here we have a 1939 Pattern NSDAP Political Visor Cap Eagle by RZM M1/100 (Werner Redo, Saarlautern). It is constructed out of a die stamped zinc base that has been silver washed. The obverse depicts a political eagle with out stretched wings, clutching a wreathed swastika within its talons. The hollow back reverse is maker marked “RZM M1/100 and three crimped wire tombac prongs. The eagle measures approximately 66mm wide. Nice detail!
