Kriegsmarine Cap Talley
A full length, 1936 to 1945 pattern, woven, black rayon construction cap talley features machine woven, Gothic script, "Kriegsmarine", in bright golden yellow cellon threads. The ends of the talley are cut at a diagonal angle which would create the "swallow-tail", affect when applied to the cap.
