Army Infantry EM's Uniform with Trousers

Field-grey wool/rayon blend construction field blouse features a vertical, five button front closure with a single metal hook and eye positioned at the neckline. The field blouse has four, pleated patch, front pockets with scalloped button down flaps. The field blouse has four sets of three, vertically aligned, stitched eyelets with one set situated at either side of the front closure panels and the other two to the reverse side panels. The eyelets were designed for the belt support hooks. The back panel has two vertical tapering darts and a short, central vertical tail skirt vent. The straight cut sleeve cuffs each have a vertical slash to the outside seam with fit adjustment buttons. There is some mothing on the right sleeve as well as 3 moth or burn holes to the lower right pocket area. The field blouse has a blue/green badge cloth, lay down collar with the typical zig-zag reinforcement stitching to the reverse. All original machine stitching to the collar tabs and hand stitching to the breast eagle. Buttons look to be all original stitching and application. Slip on EM shoulder straps. Very nice size and issue markings. Included is a Collar liner. Shows the expected age and use.

  • Trousers are post-1940, field-grey wool/rayon construction, straight legged, private purchase long pants feature a vertical, three button French fly with an additional hook & eyelet situated at the waistband. Buttons are all original stitching. The pants are roughly size 32" waist. Superb, untouched original condition.
