US, WWII - Naval Aviation Observer Wings by H&H
United States, WWII – Naval Aviation Observer (Navigation) Wing by H&H – Hilborn-Hamburger Inc. of New York. Die struck three-piece construction that has been riveted together. The reverse is marked with the “H-H” eagle and “1/20 10K+STER” indicating it is constructed out of a 10-karat gold-filled sterling for 1/20th of its total weight. The sterling butterfly clutch pin backs are patent marked. It measures 71mm wide by 18mm tall.
