Navy EM/NCO Breast Eagle
A Kriegsmarine Brustadler. It is constructed out of twisted, rolled and straight machine embroidered yellow rayon thread to a light blue cotton and navy blue wool backing. The obverse depicts a Kreigsmarine eagle with outstretched wings clutching a wreathed swastika within its talons, above a blue backing. The reverse shows yellow thread along with the cloth backings. It measures 4 inches wide by 1 5/8 inches tall. Minor mothing to the wool.
