Extraseitengewehr by Puma of Solingen. The bright plated blade on this one has some light wear, scratches and scuffs. The stamped maker mark is beautifully executed. The plating gives it an excellent mirror like finish. It has a solid fit and sharp tip. The blade rates Exc++. The original brown leather buffer pad is intact. The steel based black enamel painted scabbard retains 95%+ of the original paint with a few odd chips and surface crazing wear in the areas the frog would have rubbed. It continues to remain completely dent free! The original throat retaining screw remains intact and unturned. The scabbard fits the hilt perfectly! The zinc-alloy based nickel-silver plated hilt looks good retaining 99%+ plating coverage. The button continues to function well. The grip plates have no cracks, chips or splits. They are tightly secured with 2 nickel rivets. A nice example.
