A rare brass marked set! The clips, buckles, regain chain and bands are all brass based and have been gold gilded. The buckles depict four matching lion heads and the backs are semi-hollow. The lion face head and mane all show beautiful detail throughout! The black obverse ribbed rayon shows lots of wear and frays. The short strap is frayed and has been shortened. The clip there is lost and has been replaced with a 3rd Reich zinc example. The back shows black felt shows matching wear. All four clips are in well working condition! An excellent set associated with the Imperial era.
