A great piece here! The blade on this one looks good! The Luftwaffe stamp is nicely executed and is the Etched RBM #. Really a treat to find these marked this way. The tip comes to a sharp point and the fit is nice and tight. The blade rates Exc+/Exc++. It has been sharpened. The steel based, black enamel painted scabbard looks great! it shows period age, retains 95% of its original black paint and remains dent free! The three prongs remain intact. The steel crossguard remains straight. The two multi-toned hardwood grip plates remain in excellent condition! They are tightly secured by three rivets. A nice example to add to your collection!
