Early SA Dagger by Gebr. Grafrath

Please note this item is no longer available and you were redirected to our Archives.

A Model 1933 Sturmabteilung Dienstdolch by Gebr. Grafrath of Solingen. Here's a hurtin' example from a local family. When I got it it was denazified so I replaced the grip, I will include the old grip. The blade on this one has age and stain. The acid etched "Alles fur Deutschland" motto and "Gebr. Grafrath Solingen" maker mark are nicely executed. The brown anodized scabbard has dents to the lower body. The anodizing remains intact. The solid nickel scabbard fittings are intact. It continues to retain all four screws. The ball has been banged in. The reverse of the lower crossguard is marked "He". The crossguards and scabbard fittings match in patina and wear! The multi-toned chip and crack-free brown hardwood grip looks good! It shows the common pressure marks. The solid nickel eagle retains beautiful details and has a perfect fit. The SA roundel also has a perfect fit and retains 98% of it's enamel.
