A Model 1935 Wehrmacht Heer Dolch by WKC (Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Cie.) of Solingen. The WKC marked blade on this one has scratches stains and age gray. The blade rates VG. The buffer pad remains. The steel based generic nickel silver plated dent-free scabbard provides wonderful detail with the random pebbling and oak leaf and acorn bands! The throat screw remain intact. The plated tomahawk WKC eagle crossguard provides good details throughout the eagle’s head, wings, wreath, beak and chest despite minor wear. The pommel and ferrule are also nicely detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns throughout. The sun toned orange trylon grip is in good condition being one half tone darker to the obverse. If you can live with the blade you found a bargain.
