Austrian M18 Civil Defense Helmet

Interesting "droop bill" helmet I can not find a maker mark or a heat#. Appears to be approx. size 64 shell. The shell is numbered on the skirt "28". It is a repaint likely 3rd Reich period, likely whe this was reissued. The interior of the helmet has a pre-May 1917 pattern leather liner band complete with the original pads and stuffing. The leather band is marked "Bath & Wagawa Dresden" and a leather pad is marked "Werkluftshutz" " J. M. Yolty" indicating the this was issued to factory protection duty. Approx size 64.
