A Deutsche Jungvolk Armscheibe - Oberbann 1 to 1939 and General DJ Member from 1939-1945. DJ members, were identified as belonging to a particular district “Oberbann” by wearing arm badges of specific colors. This would be worn on the left sleeve below the district triangle. It is constructed out of a brown rayon base with white and red machine embroidered cotton stitching. The square diamond shaped obverse features a white centrally placed Sigrune (DJ emblem) surrounded by a red round border above a brown base. Two edges have been folded over and stitched together. It measures 3 1/4 inches wide and tall. A must have for any DJ collection!
